If the size or print is not right, we will help with an exchange. Prefer a return? We issue full store credit with no expiry. We do not offer cash refunds.

Size & print exchanges

• Raise a request within 15 days of delivery.
• We arrange a free reverse pickup.
• After quality check, your replacement normally ships the same or next business day.
• One exchange per item.

Returns for store credit

After quality check, 100% of the item value is issued as store credit within 24–48 hours. The credit can be used on any product and does not expire.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging and free from stains, odours and pet hair.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with clear photos and your order number. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster.

Not eligible

Final Sale and clearance items, hygiene-sensitive accessories, requests after 15 days, items that fail quality check and suspected policy misuse are not eligible.
