These Terms govern use of The Dreamers Co website and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and our linked policies.

Eligibility

Purchases must be made by adults aged 18 or older who can form a legally binding contract under Indian law.

Products & pricing

Prices are shown in INR and can change without notice. Products, sizes and prints are subject to availability. Colours can vary slightly because of screens and lighting. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders.

Orders & payment

An acknowledgement does not by itself constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when confirmed and dispatched. Payment is handled by third-party providers integrated with Shopify.

Cancellations

Shipping & returns

Shipping, delivery, exchange, return and store-credit terms are governed by the linked store policies. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The brand, logo, content, product images and prints may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not use the store unlawfully, submit false information, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, infringe rights or attempt unauthorised access.
